WHY YOU ARE NEEDED
Your support helps SCTPN to continue its mission and increase its capacity to raise the public profile of SCD. SCTPN makes an effort to demonstrate to people living with sickle cell, thalassemia and other inherited blood disorders that they can live full, productive lives.
ADVOCACY & SUPPORT
Our advocates and certified Community Health Workers (CHW), Public Outreach and Educational Services (POES) at schools, places of worship and business. Direct family support includes non-medical Care Coordination, social support and referrals to needed services.
SCTPN consistently to demonstrates to people living with sickle cell, thalassemia and other inherited blood disorders that they can live full, healthy, and productive lives.
MEMBERSHIP
